Please ignore the fact that I did not have any proteins/meats today, I know that's bad, but apart from salmon, I will NOT EAT MEAT, it is gross, so I am going to ask my parents to buy tofu as a replacement for me.
I also know I did not drink nearly enough today, and I know I should be drinking lots of water, but that's absolutely nasty, so I'm going to ask my mom to buy me Crystal Lite packets so I can drink lots of water. 
Breakfast: 1 packet (Nature Valley, I think?) oatmeal - Flax Plus
Lunch: 5 mozzarella sticks...
A glass of skimmed milk
Dinner: 5 cucumber slices (with a bit of salt on them)
5 baby carrots
An apple, sliced
1 packet (Nature Valley?) oatmeal - Maple Nut
1 brownie
Night Snack:
1 cuplet thingy Nectarine yogurt
