Is what I ate today healthy?

Please ignore the fact that I did not have any proteins/meats today, I know that's bad, but apart from salmon, I will NOT EAT MEAT, it is gross, so I am going to ask my parents to buy tofu as a replacement for me. :p I also know I did not drink nearly enough today, and I know I should be drinking lots of water, but that's absolutely nasty, so I'm going to ask my mom to buy me Crystal Lite packets so I can drink lots of water. :)

Breakfast: 1 packet (Nature Valley, I think?) oatmeal - Flax Plus

Lunch: 5 mozzarella sticks...
A glass of skimmed milk

Dinner: 5 cucumber slices (with a bit of salt on them)
5 baby carrots
An apple, sliced
1 packet (Nature Valley?) oatmeal - Maple Nut
1 brownie

Night Snack:
1 cuplet thingy Nectarine yogurt
 
Wow, that's like Nicole Richie's monthly lunch ration.

Yes, that was pretty darned good. You may want to get some nuts in there for essential oils / meat-ish proteins for the long term.
Scurvy. It's not just for sailors any more.
