is what i'm going to eat tomorrow ok to MAINTAIN healthy weight? im 5ft3,

female and slim, also vegetarian? also i do an active job and work out 3 to 4 times a week, and walk 2 or 3 miles a day

tomorrow i will eat
breakfast - 1/2 cup oats with soy milk and prunes
snack - larabar
lunch - apple and avocado salad with brown roll and hummus, light dressing
snack - apple
dinner - tofu steak with potato and vegetables, yogurt and biscuit for dessert
 
To MAINTAIN, you will need to eat more calories. If you ate like this and did the activities that you listed everyday, you would lose weight.
 
Keep away from the biscuits other than that everything else looks ok.
