can people really sell xbox flash mods? i read they are free programs you can download. but i see a bunch of post on craigslist.org with xbox or wii mods for 50 bucks. Is this legal? can these guys get sued / arrested for doing something as modding systems to play burned games and possible selling burned games as well?
