Iso file game, don't want to burn to disk?

Hi.

I have a game on flash drive and the instruction is to burn it to disk to play the game.

My disk reader is not working and I wonder if there is any other software I can use to run the game NOT via the disk reader ?

A file converter or virtual disk reader perhaps ?

This is not an area I am familiar with so any help welcome.
