so i have a 2mps internet connection and i download torrents all the time but the thing is whenever i start downloading a torrent,,somehow my isp knows that im downloadin a torrent and they slows my connection all the way to 128kbs..whenever i stop it it goes back to 2mps...so the question is how do they know im downloadin a torrent not just surfin the internet or maybe downloading a normal file??
