it's been 6 months since i had a cigarette and i'm still feeling nicotine

withdrawals? what can i do. i don't want to chew more of the gum because that's only going to introduce more nicotine into my system. I keep feeling this sensation in my chest similar to the feeling of butterflies in my stomach. and i know this feeling would go away if i had a smoke. all i can do at this point is take deep breaths. they seem to help. but is there anything else I can do to get rid of this feeling?
