its summertime and i've gained a lot of weight...?

so during school we had a really good p.e. program that kept me in shape and stuff... now that its summer.......... im getting fat. i gained 10 pounds this week. im normally not a fat person.. i wear size 1, but i dont want to gain all this extra fat. i now have some love handles and i look like im pregnant when i relax my stomach.. what are some things i can do inside at home to keep from gaining all this faaaaattt?? im really unhappy. :/.. ive started drinking a lot more water starting today, and im also gonna try to do like a 5 minute cardio at home while im watching tv or something.. but is there any certain exercise i can do while watching tv. and i want to lose all this fat FASST! tips pleeaaasee?
