iTunes dilemna? What is the problem with placing certain countries in

their Shopping list? Itunes only allow certain countries onto its lsit of shoppers. I was wondering since my country is not on the shoppers' list for iTunes and I live in an Caribbean country then WHEN WILL IT BE ABLE TO SHOP ON iTUNES? By the way, I bought a gift card.
