iTunes error 13010!!?

So my iPod wasn't letting any new songs go on to and it came up with 'unknown error 13010'
So i have restored it a few times and now i have nothing on there and nothing will go on either.
I also read somewhere to delete the Genius.itdb. file but that didn't work either!

If anybody has any advice that would be awesome, thank you so so much, greatly appreciated :) xx
