sever depression. any solution? I don't want my parents to find out so i probably can't get any medicinal help. i'm pretty sure i suffer from depression. ive checked up on my symptoms and almost all pretty much matched up. i need a discreet manner in which to work. its been affecting me horribly since last year. its been their a while but now my grades are slipping and physical pain is manifesting. i've been to the doctors many times and medicine doesn't work. ive convinced my mommy that it does so it makes going to school a bitch.
 
Okay, your parents probably feel that your suffering, its not fair to them for you to block them out. It can help you alot if you have the support of family and friends. Go to a doctor so you can be diagnosed medically.
 
Im not quite sure the exact title of the person best suited to speak with at your school. but they do have school psycologist where the information can be confidential....my suggestion is to reach out Asap.

Don't be ashamed, many people have felt the same way and clinicians are familiar with the symptons you described.
