Lately I've been eating extremely healthy, drinking nothing but water, and a good 128oz a day at least, and running 3-5 miles a day, except for my HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training) days (Tuesday and Thursday), and I've been lifting weights Monday, Wednesday, Friday. But recently, something traumatic has happened in the love life, and I've lost all my motivation for being fit...I can't push myself to workout anymore, and I find myself eating unhealthy foods and far too much of them. How can I regain my motivation?
