iweb question about websites!?

I understand a yearly account is $99 which includes the 20GB storage, and email. What I am still confused about is regarding the relationship to iWeb. So with an account I get my own website domain through apple's mobile-me service? Would the website domain name (hypothetically speaking it its avaliable) look something like www.hello.com or would it have to look like www.hello.me.com or www.hello.me
If you understand my question it would be great for a response from anyone experienced with this, especially if you have a website through apple.
