Quotes from your famous Watchtower Society(supposedly the word of God):

"CAN IT BE DELAYED UNTIL 1914?...our readers are writing to know if there may not be a mistake in the 1914 date. They say that they do not see how present conditions can last so long under the strain. We see no reason for changing the figures - nor could we change them if we would. They are, we believe, God's dates not ours. But bear in mind that the end of 1914 is not the date for the beginning, but for the end of the time of trouble" (Watch Tower, 15 July 1894, p. 226).

and another one:

"What will the 1970's Bring? The fact that fifty-four years of the period called the 'last days' have already gone by is highly significant... It means only a few years, at most, remain before the corrupt system of things dominating the earth is destroyed by God. How can we be so certain of this?¼ Jesus was obviously speaking about those who were old enough to witness with understanding what took place when the 'last days' began... Even if we presume that the youngsters 15 years of age would be perceptive enough to realize the import of what happened in 1914, it would still make the youngest of 'this generation' nearly 70 years old today" (Awake!, 8 October 1968, pp. 13-14).

Yea u guys are all right. its a shame to see people who believe this false doctrine. The Bible is the only TRUE word of God, so please people, read it carefully and thoroughly!

THANK YOU for asking the question! I notice that no j.w's are answering. Can this possibly be because they have no plausible answer? So I ask why do they stay in that 'organization' (as they refer to it)?
 
Any bible student as Jehovah's Witnesses should know the prophecy is right on time.

Noah was age 600, year 1656 at the flood, Gen.7:6. Terah was born 222 years later
and died age 205, Gen.11:32; Abraham is age 75, to get the covenant, Gen.15:13,
16[400 years after the heir at generation four], at age 86, Gen.16:16, Ishmael is born,
at age 100, Gen.21:5; Isaac is born until he is age 5 and Ishmael departs, Isaac is
heir to the covenant, Jacob is age 130[he was age 15 when Abraham died at age
175, Gen.25:7,9, Isaac is age 75, Ishmael is age 89], Gen.47:9; now he is in Egypt
with 70 people in the family, 215 years after Abraham's covenant and it is 215 years
to Moses and the Exodus at 430 years after it was given Abraham at year 2083,
Exo.7:7; 12:37,40,41, year 2513, Moses dies, Deut.34:7; year 2553, Joshua crosses

now living in 1918 will never die," which is not bible, and 1975 is not year 6000,
rather 1974 is year 6040. Religion is religion and bible study is bible study.

Daniel, plus 150 year is 2670, from year 3460 or [ Dan.12:1-12[2x 1335 = 2670
years is last given by Daniel, to 6130 years after Eden, Matt.24:3,7,14,15,21-24,
34,36; God alone knows the day and hour, he gives all time and can cut it short for
Rev.20:1-6, Jesus and his firstfruits put Satan in the pit 1000 years to resurrect all
the dead and make all as new as before Eden.

you,ll never understand a pack of lies,so why don,t you go to the bible get the truth you may go directly to the savior and pray to him also.
 
Prophecy claims to be inspired of God. In other words, somebody would have to say "God told me this." These are instances of speculation. People guessing at the significance of the times. Nobody in these paragraphs says that God told them the end was coming on these days. Bible chronology points to these dates. The problem lies in imperfect humans misunderstanding their significance in reality. People make mistakes. You have made mistakes. 1914 is a real date to Jehovah's people. It is the date that Christ was enthroned and given kingly power to throw satan out of the heavens. It was the beginning of the end. This seems like a strange question from someone who is a child. You probably got this from a anti JW website and copy pasted to here. Do you really understand the deeper things of God?
 
You asking for clarity on a question you claim is " false". Perhaps you ought to think clearly BEFORE asking.
 
The second quote is part of the series that was used to preach 1975 as the End of the World by JWs...what a disappointment that was. In the mid 1990s the Society redefined "This Generation" because all of "that generation" was dying off.
