I have just got my brand new iphone 4 out of the box and turned it on and the touchscreen seems to be completely unresponsive. The phone still says waiting to be activated because i am having my number swapped over onto a mini sim. But the screen should still work right? I have tried to restart it and it is doing nothing. Any ideas? Cheers
