I just started taking Paxil today... I'm only on a very small dose, 10mg a day for the first week, then 20 mg the next week... Has anyone ever been on this? How soon did you notice any difference? I am a nursing student and finding it really hard to go to class... I have really bad anxiety attacks.. its such a horrible feeling
