had chills down my spine when queen did there act...freddie was ridiculed towards the end of his life...but this concert when he was in his prime, and full of life, showed what a rocker he was ! they blew the crowd away, i also think the uk concert was way better than the us version !

The best part of the US concert was Bob Dylan with Kieth Richards and Ronnie Woods , stoned or what!

I know, I know, I know, I know!

I have it on DVD as well and I love it so much. I would have given anything to be there! The greatest concert ever! it's just a shame that some major artists at the time weren't there.

I think the bonus bit, where they show the kids in poverty is horrific, and then you see all these major artists joining together to raise money - it's amazing. And Bob Gelfolf is a genius.

I think the highlight was seeing them perform the xmas song for Live aid in front of everyone - you can hear Bono above everyone else in some parts. And Queen were amazing too.

I have watched it so many times and it never gets old - I wish I could have been alive to see it on the TV for the first time - Dang I missed out! :)

both were phenomenal... should have seen it as it was actually happening.

nothing quite like it
