The Minnesota Timberwolves got great news on Wednesday night when Kevin Love returned to the lineup. Although Love had a great game, the T’Wolves lost by the final score of 101-94 against the Denver Nuggets.
Love finished the contest with 34 points, 14 rebounds, two assists, two steals and a blocked shot. He made 12-of-25 shots from the floor. Unfortunately for him, none of his teammates had more than 12 points.
Danilo Gallinari led the Nuggets with 19 points and six rebounds, while Ty Lawson chipped in with 18 points and nine assists.
After the game, both teams moved to .500 on the season. The Nuggets improved to 6-6, while the T’Wolves fell to 5-5.
