then sped off what should i do? i am freaked out by this but dont no how much i could do at this point it all went down to quick really
 
It could have been Aliens dressed as a human looking for new subjects to study, maybe a new anal probe they wish to trial. Call the FBI, agent Mulder will look into it.
 
Nothing much, unless you got the license plate number. Then you should track him down and get his camera.
 
There's really nothing you can do unless you have a license plate or a picture of the kid.. Don't overreact either.

If you fear for your safety call 911 and explain the situation.
 
Somebody paranoid. LOL! Who cares if he took a picture of your car. U been in a hit and run, then I would worry. Probably just acting the jerk, the damn camera may not of even had film in it. Don't worry, unless like I said you have been in a hit and run, then ditch the car and fast!
