Kies not working. How to connect my PC with Samsung Galaxy Y Duos GT-S6102?

I have Samsung Galaxy Y Duos GT-S6102. I have Kies installed in my computer (Microsoft Windows XP Professional version 2002, Service Pack 3) and updated it with latest version, but I was unable to connect my computer with Samsung Galaxy Y Duos GT-S6102 using Kies. Kies always show "preparing installation..." message, but the fact is, it became and endless process. After 2 hours it continues to show the same message and the process continues. Can anyone help me with this??
 
Sry I dont have the answer ...but I am having the same problem with galaxy y duos..hope some helps us
