koreans are affectionate toward each other like guy and guy (but they arent gay) i watch variety korean shows which are really funny (english subtitles) and they seem really close to each other i see liike men acting like kids and things liike that yet they arent gay and everyone around just seems so comfortable... if it was in america a man hug for more than 3 seconds is considered gay so the question i want to ask is are koreans more accepted and allowing to gays?

One of my friends is Korean, He is gay, his father beat the crap out of him when he found out. his korean mother was perfectly fine with it.
It really depends on the person and there up brining.

it is acceptable to "act" gay but not really be gay for most korean people if they are from korea. I believe some organization from South Korea did donate some money to prop 8.
