L.A Noir, cant installed disc on Xbox 360.?

Before playing, I like to installed this.I manage to installed the first disc but when I put the 2nd and 3rd disc, it cant be read and at the dashboard only written "open disc".Is it my game that have problem or just the game?

Or do I need to finish the first disc first. Please give me tips and reason.And if it about an update, where can i find it in the net?I dont have a Xbox Live
 
Try finishing the first disc and see if loads if not then you have a problem with it.
