...can I complain? Recently a specialist installed laminated floor in my bedroom. After that, the floor was missing. I suspect that underline pad was placed incorrectly, uneven (not in whole surface). How can i find out about it if my assumption is correct and what can I do now? What organization can I complain that poor/unacceptable job was done by the company? Thank you.
