OK my mother is a 57 year old female. She is Diabetic but the doctor has told her she manages it excellently and is at a very good level. She is very active, and recently her washer broke down so she has been washing with her hands. Well about 3 weeks ago she told me her arm has been hurting but it was probably no big deal. She had pneumonia like 2 months ago. She took her meds and got better but she didn't go get checked to see if she was clear. She also had/has Syphilis but took the treatments 1 year old but hasn't gone to do her annual check up and check if she is clean. OK, to get this out of the way she has had around 4 EKG's done in a 3 month period and they come out OK. She has gone to the ER for heart attack symptoms but doctors say she is fine. OK so about 3 weeks ago she started feeling the pain. Today she told me it was unbearable, we went to the Casino because she wanted to stop by on our way to the Hospital then said oh I'm fine lets not go. Long story short (so sorry you guys) I am sleeping over her house and driving her to the Hospital 6AM it is now 1:00AM I decided to not sleep to check if she's breathing. I rather lose sleep and have my mother around. My question is, I want to call 911 but she insists she is fine and can wait. Her left arm is numb and is in pain, she says when she moves it around it doesn't her so bad. She is currently laying down laughing at a show she is watching on TV but I'm scared it's a heart attack and she might just never wake up if she naps please help me. Is it a heart attack? She doesn't know if her cholesterol is high but she is very active and doesn't eat much junk and grease.
