Everything I read always wants to compare the Lexus LS to a Mercedes S class. Personally, I think that's a bit of a reach. Makes much more sense to compare to a Mercedes CLS I think. Much closer in price, nearly identical V8 horsepower, both RWD (S class is AWD), similar in size.
Why compare the Lexus LS to a Mercedes S costing $30K more when a CLS seems to line up much better both in terms of cost and features?
