Lg env touch upgrade?

I currently have an lg env touch. Would the droid 2 be the upgrade I would get, since it's the only phone they have in the store that is remotely like it?

That's not how an upgrade works. You are eligible for an upgrade when you've completed 20 months of your contract. An upgrade allows you to get any phone at the new customer price in return for signing a new 2 year contract.

I wouldn't reccommend it unless you want to pay the extra data fees every month. I have the env touch and I'm just going to hold on to it until something comes out that doesn't require me to pay a higher monthly bill. If you have the cashflow, by all means go Droid...everyone I know who owns one loves it. Times are tough and although my contract is up, I'm on a month to month with Verizon, using my ENV and I am perfectly content.
