okay so i have a LG KE850 prada phone. a few months ago it froze, and then i turned it off, and turned it back on to find that it would just flash "PRADA" on and off again until i removed the battery, so i put it away, and used another phone, now the other phone is having issues.. and i've just acquired a USB cable for the LG KE850, so i figured i'd try and reinstall the software, so i downloaded all of the appropriate programs, usb drivers, pcsync, etc, and open pcsync, and then it has a dull "connect" button which it will not let me click, its as if my computer will not read the phone, does anybody have any tips they could share? any help much appreciated, cheers.
