I just bought the phone and i can send texts and call from the phone and receive calls but i cant receive texts what the hell is going on?

Probably just need your account settings adjusted. Call 611 and have the technical assistance rep troubleshoot your account. This sometimes happens with new activations or when an existing client changes handsets.
