i got a ringtone sent to my phone from a site online. i want to set it as my ringtone but i dont know how it wont let me it doent come up as set as! im really mad that its not working someone please help me!
I have the same phone, and struggled with adding ring-tones at first as well. Basically, the ring tone needs to be the correct bit-rate (sound-quality), sound type (mono vs. stereo), and format (.mp3) to work on the Neon. For the neon, you can't have a bit-rate of more than 128Kbps, and you must convert the tone from "stereo" to "mono". After that, it'll show up as a ringtone on your phone!
