LG RUMOR TOUCH TOUCHSCREEN..Dots under the surface of screen?

I have the lg rumor touch and i've had it for about 3 weeks now and i just recently noticed there were like black dots/ dust on certain parts of my screen but they aren't on the surface because i can't wipe them off, it seems as if they're under the screen and its really annoying to look at. PLEASE HELP. what should i do

Man i have the same exact problem. Idk how it happens but i took my first lg rumor back because of this and got another brand new one and a few weeks later i have the same black dots/dust. I am also trying to figure out a way to get rid of them b/c it is defintly annoying
