I need a new phone that is brilliant as a phone, but also brilliant as a camera and music player, as both my ipod and didgital camera have broken down. I've been contemplating the LG Viewty as well as the Sony Ericsson W910i & the Sony Ericsson W580i.
There's no doubt that the 5mpx camera of the Viewty beats the 2mpx one of the other two. But the other two are walkman phones, which is a big thing for me. However, if the Viewty is good for music playing as well, that'd be grand. It would need to have easy access and easy controls to the music player, and very good sound from the earphones.
I know the Viewty is more expensive but it takes a memory expansion with a microchip, whereas the other two only take M2 expansion. Since I already have a microchip, that would save me £18 in not having to buy an M2.
Plus the Viewty just looks a hell of a lot better. (can you change the cover though, as i prefer bright colour phones?)
Between the Sony Ericsson W910i & W580i there doesn't seem to be much difference, except that the W580i is on sale and therefore about £25 cheaper.
