LG VX5500 a good phone?

Is the LG VX5500 a good phone? I heard the keyboard is pretty good. Also, that you can't record vids and it doesn't have an MP3 player, but that's ok since I'm not big on those stuff. Does it have those cool frames for taking pictures? And just some different pros and cons to it...well...thanxx.
 
The LG vx 5500 is a very basic phone with bluetooth and etc. it feels very cheap though(but then again so does my vx 9700 and that cost $130) the camera is horrible also and cannot record video

It's the worst phone I have ever owned. I have 8 hours on it and nothing but trouble. I wrote verizon hoping they will exchange the phone for a new one.
