lifetime fitness membership cost?

I'm 16 and i'm wondering how much does a membership for me would cost at lifetime fitness. Can i just sign up just myself without my mom? what would the fee be? my mom gets a lot of junk mail from them saying something about 0$ fee, would that apply for me? if it helps..i live in mnnesota. i tried looking at the prices on their website but they dont list the fee or the membership price. oh and i would want to be on the lowest membership that they have. bronze or gold.. i think the one near my house only has gold for its lowest. and i'm also wondering if they have a special price for studens?
