Like Tom Cruise but smaller and black?

If a guy is described as looking exactly like Tom Cruise, but smaller and black, does that mean he is attractive? Assuming hypothetically he looks *EXACTLY* Tom Cruise but 20% smaller in all dimensions, is that good or bad? If someone were black (extremely dark skinned African American,as dark as physically possible), and a midget, would you notice he looked like Tom Cruise, or would you be too distracted by skin tone and dwarfism. Could you shrink Tom Cruise 20% in all dimensions without messing the proportions beyond the range of what is humanly possible?
