Hi, thank you for your time 
The other year I downloaded Limewire, and several months ago I decided to remove it. Now I would like it back, and so I went onto the website, started the download, and when the little download-y icon came up on my desktop, and I clicked it, it just says "an older version of Limewire appears to be running. Please exit the old version before and try again".
So does that mean that the old one is still on the computer somewhere? I tried to looking for it in control panel > programs > uninstall a program, but it's not there!
How is this remedied? D:
Note: I'm terrible with computers, so simple language please
