limewire,frostwire,kazaa,shareaza etc.?

i recently had to remove limewire from my computer because we downloaded a song that contained a serious virus which ended up crashing the computer.this happened even with virus protection and anti spyware.what programs if any provide the same service but have no damaging files that will destroy your computer.im only intereseted in downloading music.i heard shareaza is safe but im unsure.

its not the program its the file. you can get a virus from anywhere.
