Linux Mint says DVD-R does not have enough disk space to burn file, but it really

does? I have an empty 4.7 GB DVD-R disk. I am trying to burn a 4.4 GB - VIDEO_TS folder to it, but Brasero says that it does not have enough disk space. What is wrong?

Also, it is my own dvd file that I made, not an illegal copy of something, just so you know.
