The Raw GM is not confirmed truthfully I don't think WWE knows who the GM will be yet possible GM's for Raw is Abraham Washington, The Rock, Michael Cole,

People who won't be it that everyone thinks is: Steve Austin, Jim Ross, Bryan Danielson, Shawn Michaels.

There is no picture or video evidence. There is no mystery GM. There isn't somebody backstage sending Michael Cole emails. Those emails are part of the script. The WWE writers have not decided who the GM is. So nobody knows who it is, not even the "Mystery GM" himself or herself

Reason1. He always reading the note why cant jerry do it
Reason 2. he will be the Nexus Leader he has been turning a little bit of a heel
