Looking for home theater system including television (or projector) and audio?

The visuals need to be at least around 60", it could be bigger or a bit smaller but it needs to be good quality, refresh rate, everything! And the audio is a very important part of this, i was hoping to find some sort of surround sound system? I'm just having trouble figuring out where to start looking, so if you have any ideas i would love to hear them. Thanks!

P.S. The max price range is around $5,000, and every suggestion under the range is still greatly appreciated!
 
Look at the Panasonic Plasma 65" model S2 at Best Buy for around $2,000. An Onkyo or a Pioneer or Pioneer Elite receiver either in 5.1 or 7.1 (keep in mind that there are not many 7.1 blu ray disc movies in the market today and the only source for 7.1 audio), price range up to $1,500. Then look at the following speakers: JBL, Definitive Technology, Energy, Klipsch, Infinity and Polk Audio, which should fall in the price range of $1,500. You can also add a Panasonic Blu Ray disc player model BD-85 for around $200 and you will have a nice system. I do own a 2 Panasonic Plasma tv, an Onkyo receiver model TX-S 5700 and Pioneer Elite receiver, JBL, Infinity, Klipsch, Energy and Martin Logan speakers and a first generation Blu Ray disc player from Panasonic and A Pioneer Elite which is over 3 years old and have had no problem playing over 300 movies. Hope this will help you out.
