The film in question had something to do with reanimation of organs and resulted in young people being brought back to life from this big vat of organs and blood. The people that escaped develop superhuman abilities and venture off somewhere to live out their lives up in the mountains. Then something goes wrong (I forgot) and they get attacked by someone in a power suit (!?). There were scenes that seemed to take place in a war-torn environment. It's a modern film, made within the past 10 years and I can't remember the country of origin but it was an Asian film.
