i have been doing yoga for years but my local class has closed.
i did buy two yoga dvd's but i find them annoying.
The problem is that once you get used to the routine they are so slow as they explain every move etc.
I end up fast forwarding them as get so bored .
does anyone know of a good yoga dvd for advanced users that does not spend too much time in explaining the poses?
