lose 10 lbs in a month? i eat healthy foods but not at normal times so i was

wondering if this plan sounds? good ---
7am - 1 egg and an orange [150cal]
10am- an apple [60cal]
12pm- sandwich [300 - 500cal]
3pm- fiber one bar and apple [200 cal]
6pm- 5oz chicken breast 1/2c. kidney beans 2 c. broccoli [450cal]
[1160-1360 cal total]

and then if i walk 5 miles Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday
and do a 45 min exercise video Saturday
and play tennis for 20-40min on Sundays
Will i be able to lose at least 10lbs in a month (4weeks)? and any motivation advice? and any other suggestions? Thanks
btw im 5'6.5" and currently weigh 149 would like to get to 139 in 4 weeks and then get down to the 126-132 range by summer.. so a total of 23lbs
