Losing 20 pounds in 2-3 months with a BMR of 1436.7?! plesae answerrrrrrrrrr.?

Okay I have a BMR of 1436.7, how many calories should I be eating?
And how many days a week should I go to the gym?
How many calories should I be burning?
I want to have a diet I can stick with. And once I get to my goal of losing 20 pounds, and get off my diet, I don't want to gain it all back. You know what I mean?

I want to lose 20 pounds in like 2-3 months if thats healthy. Please give me the most detailed answers (:
