Help! Can anyone offer any advice on what to do to avoid this action taking place against our family's home? Dec. 26 note placed on door stating sheriff's sale is Jan 23. 2009. Last we spoke w/ bank they said to submit paper work for re-review in oder to qualify for repayment and we did..then suddenly we received notice on our door. We are very scared as we have three babies and nothing left financially as we have put it all towards our home in order to save it. My hubby works one week a month and receives unemployment the rest of the month. This at least saves our medical insurance as our babies have medical issues and it is critical to have medical insurance. He has applied to thousands of jobs and has been looking for a new job for over 10 months now. Advice is greatly appreciated.
