Losing Weight Over Summer Vacation????Please Help!!!!?

I'm 12, 5 Foot 1, and I weigh like 120 Pounds. I REALLY want to be at 90 or something like that by August 11th. I've read other articles about weight lose, and I never stick to it!! I can't really make anything for dinner, and I have to eat what's on my plate. But, I can do Breakfast and Lunch. Sometimes my dad takes me to eat out before he leaves to work. Anything "healthy" at the doughnut shoppe or Burger King? I played softball, but that didn't slim me down much, either. Don't have any pets to walk...So anything helps!! P.S. I swim alot, but I cant this week, because of my monthly gift ): ... Thanks alot!!!!!!

have a good diet not go on a diet just eat the right foods and excerise swimming is great. You and some friend could walk or jog together

I am the same age ( I am on my sister account ) and I weigh 155lbs so don't worry about it. I wish i was your size and I am shorter than you.Don't over think it
