if I download it as a torrent and I upgrade from leopard would apple be able to detect it if something goes wrong and I carry it to an apple store (it's under AppleCare) because I've heard that they can detect if you upgrade iPhone os to 3.0 illegally... don't tell me to buy it because it only cost $30, it's sold out everywhere and I want it NOW, and don't tell me to wait.
