MadCatz bluetooth headset not working?
so i just bought a PS3 yesterday and i got a wireless bluetooth heaset as well. its a Madcatz 8860. It said to plug it in to charge and that when you did, the light would turn red until its finished charging. the manual said that when it first came out of the package that it would need a few hours to charge. well when i plugged it in it turned red, then about 3 seconds later it just turned off. i went ahead and left it in there to charge anyway. well when i tried to sync it up, it wont even turn on. there is no light that turns on whatsoever unless it is plugged in and even then, the light is only on for a few seconds. Please help, thanks!
ive obviously opened it but can i still return it?
