magic dvd copier with only one disc drive (Target problem)?

i only have one disc drive. this is probably a very stupid question. the "target" currently says something about "image recorder iso file". i know you can put the movie in the tray then the tray will open when its ready to burn the disc. but i accidentally switched it so that the movie converts to a .iso. how can i change it back so that it will say "insert recordable disc when finished reading" i have tried deleting the software and re installing it. that does not work.
