I'm trying to make a windows sidebar gadget that shows an image from a url displaying a servers status. All i need the gadget to do is display the image and refresh at regular intervals ( like every 5 minutes). Can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction?

forgot to mention, the server image is updated from the url, i just need the gadget to refresh so it reloads the image url
