I want to become healthier, i run a very busy lifestyle where even eating 5 fruit a day will be hard. So i thought id make a smoothie with a few fruit and soy milk or something.

If i do this will i get the same nutrition as if i ate them all seperately the proper way? or does putting them all in a smoothie make them less nutritious

Its still fruit, so why wouldnt i have hte same nutritionl values!! I think this is a very good idea!! I also did this, but i ate fruit during hte day aswell! The fruit smoothie was more to get me going, it was my breakfast usually!! :)
you can add all sorts of fruit and sometimes you can take a furit jce instead of soya milk, but im sure its equally as good!! :)

Fruit is healthy but loaded with sugars and you really should not be eating 5 a day. The 5 a day rule pertains to fruits and veggies. You should have 2 fruit and 3 veggies a day. And yes making smoothies out of them will keep the nutritional value.

Smoothies with fruit are excellent source of energy for you
Dump an yogurt in it for better tasting .
